Sign the "Reservation Agreement"
Developer will remove the property from the market

Pay "Reservation Fee"
Between £1000 and £5000, depends on the property price.

Appoint a UK solicitor
and pay £1000 as first instalment to solicitor

Pay deposit
Pay deposit within 21 days after signing " Reservation form ", usually 10% of the property price, and exchange contract. Reservation fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Pay remaining balance
The appointed UK solicitor will inform the buyer's solicitor about the completion and request the remaining balance of the property price, solicitor fee and stamp duty.
